'Whether or not you think you can or you can't, you are right'

Henry Ford

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming studies the structure of how we think and experience the world.

Techniques for quickly and effectively changing the thoughts, behaviours and beliefs that limit our progress in life have been developed. By applying these techniques we can add flexibility and effectiveness - creating better choices for our life.

Time to come to our senses

By understanding how we perceive the world through our five senses, we can then understand how some people respond very resourcefully to a situation while others do not.

Each of us will perceive an external ‘event’ in the same way, via our eyes, ears, touch and possibly by smell and taste. Yet our response and understanding about that ‘event’ can vary widely. We believe that each person does not experience the world as though it was imprinted, but that we are fundamentally experiencing an internal representation of the world.

Making friends with the brain

Our ability to do anything, whether it’s riding a bike, painting a picture or reading this, depends on how we use our brain and our body. NLP is like the ‘how to’ manual for the brain. Whether we want to improve our skills, overcome a fear or become more confident, NLP has a strategy to help you. It’s been called: ‘The art and science of communication’, or ‘The secret of successful people’.

What’s in it for me?

NLP encourages people to take action to shape their lives, it attracts people willing to ‘have a go’ and open their minds to new possibilities. In spite of its off-putting title NLP is in practise, friendly and pragmatic, accessible and most importantly - useful.
