Changing our thinking
Whatever the issue, for things to change in our life, we have to change.
Since all behaviour is controlled by our genetic makeup and subconscious mind, change will occur only by
accessing our subconscious mind and changing our subconscious programming.
Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy meridians that run through our body. The physical changes
we feel from those stored memories, like nausea or
anxiety, become attached to the memory of that experience
and affect the way we see the world…until we heal that disruption and release the stored energy.
This will create changes in our attitudes and habits
that control our actions and behaviour.
Whether our issues are anxiety or weight loss, lack of confidence or smoking,
unwanted fears
or phobias, or overcoming unwanted habits; we need to disrupt the related
patterns of unconscious behaviour, resolve traumas, and teach our subconscious
mind new desired behaviours.
If we don’t deal with our beliefs they will deal with us
through illness, relationships, feeling powerless, worthless,
guilty, alone etc.
